hi, I'm David.

Being the ‘skinny fat’ kid at school, I fell in love with training from a young age. Initially, it was an unhealthy obsession. I sacrificed my social life and my relationship with food, in the pursuit of six-pack abs.

I struggled with balance and the gym quickly became my life. Fortunately, after countless mistakes (16 years worth), I've now learned what it takes to achieve your goals, without unnecessary sacrifice.

In 2014, I qualified as a Personal Trainer.

Since then, I’ve been documenting my own fitness journey, whilst helping everyday people with their fat loss and running goals. I’ve spent 1000’s of hours on the gym floor; training people face-face, and I moved online so I could provide more support, to more people.

My speciality is fat loss and hybrid training. I strongly believe people can have the best of both worlds; aesthetics and pace. I go against the norm of having a 'runners build' in order to run fast, and I'd love to show you how to be in your best shape, year round!

FAQs

Who do I work with?

I work with males and females of all ages and experience, who are wanting a PB. 10km, Half-Marathon & Marathon.

Does the 'Running' plan include gym work?

No, it only includes running.

Gym workouts will be advised but will not be programmed. If you'd like a bespoke gym programme also, I'd advise the 'Gym + Running' coaching plan.

What's a check-in?

It’s an in-depth analysis of your progress; outside of your day-day communication.

Your check-in includes an analysis of:

  • Training
  • Nutrition
  • Metrics (Weight, VO2max, Progress Pictures etc.)
  • Overall Progress

Can I get a refund?

If you’re not happy with my service within the first 30 days, I’ll give you a full refund.
